Flare Club August Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation
    Your place at Flare Club is secured once payment or deposit is received. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  2. Deposit & Payments
    A deposit (or full payment) is required to confirm your booking.
    After 5th August, all payments/deposits are non-refundable.
    The full balance must be settled by Fri 15th August.

  3. Cancellations
    Cancellations made before Mon 5th August will be eligible for a full refund minus a £10 admin fee.
    Cancellations made on or after 5th August are non-refundable, except in the event of programme cancellation by Flare Youth.

  4. Transfers
    If your child is unable to attend, you may transfer the place to another child aged 8–12, with prior approval from the Flare Youth team.

  5. Behaviour Policy
    We reserve the right to withdraw a participant’s place if behaviour disrupts the experience of others. No refunds will be issued in this case.

  6. Photography & Media
    Photos/videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please inform us in writing before the start of the club.
